1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
✔ The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or sale items
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Approval: If your request meets our return criteria, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- In case of wrong or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process the refund/replacement.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used:
✔ Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-5 days.
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
🚫 No refunds will be issued for:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Late return requests (beyond the return period)
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a wrong or defective product, we offer free replacement. The replacement process follows the same steps as returns.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
